Lusia of Compassionate Care Network Australia (CCNA) has acted as the primary carer for our mother with dementia for over five years, and we couldn’t speak more highly of her. Throughout the years, she provided excellent care and was someone our mum felt extremely comfortable around and trusted. CCNAs are great communicators who still oversee and provide additional care for our mother, even though she is now in a nursing home. As a family, we tried various carers and agencies, but no one connected with our mother nor provided the level of care that Lusia and the CCNA team did. We would have been at a loss without them”.

Since we started with Compassionate Care, we have found the service to be exceptional, efficient, and very professional. They will get to know the client and their situation and needs prior to allocating a support worker. Communication is extremely efficient. Everything is manage face to face and explained clearly. There is always a voice at the other end to help and support. They are truly compassionate and care about the person
