Individuals with special needs often require support for everyday tasks, including personal hygiene, household cleaning, meal preparation and cooking, and mobility assistance. Our team was selected based on how they uphold our organisation’s values and mission with sound qualifications andexperience in their field, which matched their desire to offer care and empathy to those most vulnerable in our community. We will be there with you on each step of this journey, providing exceptional care and support to you and your loved ones.

Our support services include:

  • Provide support up to 24-hour care
  • Staff ongoing manual handling and competency training
  • Provide 2 hours of orientation to new onboarding staff regardless of their experience to ensure a smooth transition for both participant and support staff
  • Relevant screen check
  • Relevant vaccination
